Each of their eight camps and lodges is managed by locals and offers an individual safari experience blending luxurious accommodation with outstanding facilities and warm hospitality. An emphasis on great game viewing and quality guiding allows guests not only to understand the wildlife of this region but also the culture of the people. Their CARES philosophy and core values support the people of Botswana and their natural heritage, from careers and community to environment and wellbeing.

Chobe Savanna Lodge

Just across the border into Namibia’s Zambezi Province, Chobe Savanna Lodge guarantees a secluded safari experience. Overlooking the vast floodplains of the Chobe National Park’s Puku Flats, the heart of the camp is a thatched, open-sided lodge with 270-degree views over the Chobe River. Guests sleep in 12 beautifully furnished thatched chalets, each with a private deck for spotting elephants, buffalos, hippos and rare pukus (antelopes). Water-based activities include fishing and game-viewing on the river.

Chobe Game Lodge

The only permanent game lodge in Chobe National Park, five-star Chobe Game Lodge is Botswana’s premier venue for exploring the National Park and the Chobe River. Awarded full eco grading by Botswana Tourism Board, each of the forty-four river-facing rooms features a private terrace. Four river-view suites each have their own plunge pool and separate lounge area. Guests can swim in the pool, book a treatment or visit the gym. All recent additions to the lodge were designed to provide easy accessibility for travellers with disabilities. Seek out the Big Five, exploring the land by vehicle and the river by boat, with frequent sightings of lions, African wild dogs, sables and giraffes.

Savute Safari Lodge

Savute Safari Lodge offers eleven thatched chalets made from local timber and one, two double-bedroom family suite.  A shaded viewing deck, alfresco dining area and swimming pool with spectacular pool loungers – ideal for watching varied wildlife including the resident elephants as they drink, bathe and play. Sink into leather, wood or wicker sofas in the lounge and library or sip a cocktail in the stylish bar. The second-largest summer zebra migration in Africa, determined by the rains, usually occurs between November and December and February and April.

Xugana Island Lodge

Xugana Lagoon is widely recognised as the most spectacular permanent water site in the entire Okavango Delta, Africa’s largest and most awe-inspiring oasis. Xugana Island Lodge features eight rustic reed and thatch chalets on an island setting offering guests an authentic Okavango safari experience. Activities include exploring the crystal-clear waterways by mokoro (traditional dugout canoe) or motorboat spotting magnificent varieties of bird, plant and reptile species found in the area. Day and night game drives are also available.

Camp Okavango

Now a World Heritage Site, Botswana’s magnificent Okavango Delta is the world’s largest inland delta, a vast area of flooded grasslands that seasonally attracts large numbers of wildlife. In the heart of this pristine wetland and diverse ecosystem, on the remote Nxaragha Island, Camp Okavango is a unique and exclusive water-based camp with eleven spacious suites and one two-bedroom family suite. Water- and land-based activities include exploring by modern motorboat or in the traditional mokoro (dugout canoe) and guided bush walks on nearby islands. Spot rare species such as the sitatunga antelope as well as elephants, giraffes and buffalos.

Camp Xakanaxa

On the banks of the Khwai River in the heart of the Moremi Game Reserve, Camp Xakanaxa is one of the very few safari camps that offers guests an authentic tented camp experience, along with year-round Okavango Delta land and water safari encounters. Situated around the fringe of the lagoon, eleven spacious Meru-style safari tents and a one two-bedroom family tent have private viewing decks. The camp is one of few offering a year-round land and water game-viewing experience in open 4×4 vehicles or powerboats. The diverse habitat ensures sightings of elephants, buffalos, hyenas, giraffes, hippos, wildebeests, kudus and lechwes (antelopes), lions and leopards with spectacular birding.

Camp Moremi

In the renowned Moremi Game Reserve, Camp Moremi delivers the classic African safari experience. Rebuilt in 2018 as a modern luxury safari lodge, 12 thatched tents include one two-bedroom family suite. Guests can choose morning or afternoon game drives throughout the different ecosystems. This blend of activities allows for access to incredible landscapes, impressive wildlife as well as the opportunity to enjoy the picturesque waters of the Okavango Delta spotting leopards, elephants or lions. Moremi Game Reserve’s incredible wetlands support a vast number of antelopes, including impalas, kudus and waterbucks.

Leroo La Tau

Leroo La Tau translates as ‘lion’s paw’ and is set high above the western bank of the Boteti River, with striking views of the river and the Makgadikgadi Pans. The lodge features twelve luxurious thatched and glass-fronted suites with en-suite bathrooms, each raised on a wooden platform. Guided game drives in the Makgadikgadi Pans National Park focus on the exceptional wildlife sightings along the Boteti River. Depending on the water level, boat activities are also provided. As its name suggests, lions, zebras and wildebeests can be seen as well as Chobe bushbucks, leopards, cheetahs, brown and spotted hyenas, impalas, jackals, porcupines and caracals (wild cats).
